B.C. O&G is a private, independently owned and operated Oil and Gas exploration, drilling and production Company established in 2010, with corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas, U.S.A. Our company explores, acquires, develops and produces oil and natural gas as primary functions in order to provide oil and gas for a wide range of customers. As a growing enterprise, we have remained focused primarily on acquisition of productive oil and gas leases while our research division aggressively focuses on horizontal drilling, implement new spacing and enhancement of completion methods, fast track exploration, drilling, and completion, of new oil and gas leases in the Barnett and Marcellus shale’ regions. The owner and CEO of B.C. O&G has been in the oil and gas exploration, drilling, and production business for over 30years; and is employing various mechanisms to augment the company’s operations either through acquisition, farm-out, vertical and horizontal drilling, co-production, new completion methods, and/or independent in-house prospect generations. Black Crystal Enterprises is known for its transparency, environmental sensitivity, quality products and excellence in service provision and delivery.

Our company encourages and utilizes environmental friendly low-risk drilling, sophisticated technology-aided exploration, production and operation strategies that emphasize critical re-examination of geological prospects, potential economic risk, sound environmental risk analysis, rigorous geological peer-review of potential oil and gas production field and reservoir analysis, shallow and deeper pools re-completion investigation, and development of proactive test-wells prior to drilling new prospects in all areas of our operations such as Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Kansas and Louisiana. Our company utilizes state-of-the-art geological and geophysical exploration technologies and petroleum engineering production techniques. The majority of B.C. O&G prospects are internally generated; a substantial number are also from third-party prospect generators with promising prime opportunities. Through joint ventures and other partnership arrangements we increasingly use innovative technology to discover and produce new fields and develop new prospects.
